Veteran music superstar of the subcontinent Lata Mangeshkar is no more. He died at the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Sunday morning. He was 92 years old at the time of his death.

He was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on January 11 due to coronary heart disease. Ninety artists were also suffering from pneumonia. He was kept in the ICU from the beginning. On January 30, the artist’s corona negative report came. But due to various problems due to age, he could not fight in the end.
Earlier, Lata had to be admitted to the hospital several times in critical condition. But reassuring the fans, he returned home healthy every time.
Lata was born on September 26, 1929, to a Marathi family in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Baba Dinnath Mangeshkar is Marathi, but he is an expert in classical music. He also used to do theater. And mother Sebanti was a Konkani singer. From his parents, Latar developed a passion for music in his childhood.
Lata lost her father when she was only 13 years old. Before that, of course, he started acting and writing songs with his father’s hand. At the age of 13-14, he sang the first Marathi movie song. After moving to Mumbai, he sang in the first Hindi movie in 1948. The name of the movie is ‘Majboor’.
Latai was the eldest of five siblings. She started her career as a singer in the forties. Then Lata Mangeshkar played from the fifties, sixties and seventies to the nineties.
He has sung a total of 185 songs in Bengali. Hemanta Kumar started singing in Bengali. Although she has never recorded a song she has sung, according to various sources, the legendary singer has sung more than 50,000 songs in her entire life.
