A CNG driver named Rafiqul Islam (40) was killed in a road accident at Singra in Natore. He is the son of deceased Sobahan of Chhota Chowgram village of the upazila.
This incident took place at a place called Muchiparay of Chowgram on Saturday morning. It is known that the van Yoge was carrying fish from Baria village to Singra Matsya Arot while taking the Natore-Bogra highway from Muchipara. Rafiqul Islam was killed on the spot.
CNG passenger Ashiq and Bulbul were injured in this incident. Bulbul has been sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital as his condition is critical. Singra police station OC Mizanur Rahman confirmed the matter.
