Iftar mahfil of Natore District Association in Dhaka was held

A discussion meeting and iftar mahfil was held at the Police Staff College Convention Hall in the capital at 4:30 pm on Friday at the initiative of Natore District Association in Dhaka.

The meeting was chaired by Natore District Association President, prominent industrialist and CEO of New Zealand Dairy. Samsul Alam Mallick. Welcoming remarks were made by ZM Nafiul Islam, General Secretary, Natore District Association and Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).

Former state minister Bir Muktijoddha Abdul Quddus, MP of Natore-4 (Baraigram-Gurudaspur) constituency, Natore-1 MP Md. Shahidul Islam Bakul, former president of the district association and chairman and CEO of Pran-RFL Group Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Natore district Awami League general secretary Shariful Islam Ramzan.

Also present on the occasion were Rumana Haque Rita, wife of DIG Nafiul Islam, board member and director of Stamford University, Kohli Quddus Mukti, vice-president of Bangladesh Youth Women’s League and president of Kallol Foundation, Varun Sarkar, lieutenant commander of Bangladesh Navy, Saidul Islam, chief reporter of Gazi TV. Dipankar Lahiri, president of the district journalists’ association and deputy editor of our time newspaper.

About a thousand members of Natore-based government and non-government officials, journalists and life members of the organization were present on the occasion.
