Mosa Jannatun Ferdous, 35, wife of Md Asraf Ali, a UP member of Mangalia village in Alampur union of Dhamairhat upazila, was killed. Police rushed to the spot, recovered the body on Thursday afternoon and sent it to the morgue for an inquest report. Dhamairhat Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Rakibul Huda told Bhorer Kagoj that the body was recovered from the field under the open sky not far from the husband’s house. There were many marks of injuries on the body. No arrests had been made as of press time, but the case was being prepared. He further added that efforts are being made to find the killer very quickly
