In Rajshahi metropolis, blankets have been distributed among the cold-stricken people on the initiative of Bashundhara Group and Kaler Kantha Shubhsangha. Member of the presidium of Bangladesh Awami League and Hon’ble Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation AHM Khairuzzaman Liton distributed blankets among the winter victims as the chief guest at the function organized at Green Plaza of Nagar Bhaban on Monday afternoon.
At the time, Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton said that Bashundhara Group had set a precedent by standing by the helpless people across the country during the Corona period. Once again, Mahoti has taken the initiative to stand by the people who are suffering in the severe winter. It also deserves praise. I hope Bashundhara Group will always be by the side of the people.
