Disadvantaged and disadvantaged children at Narsingdi railway station find it very difficult to spend the night this winter. The children cut a piece of cloth in a thin finfin. Lacking a piece of winter clothing, they spend the night in the cold. To give warmth to these helpless winter victims, the social organization Alokit Narsingdi distributed winter clothes among the children in the municipal park of the city on Friday. At this time winter clothes were distributed among more than 50 helpless and distressed children. At the beginning of winter, when they get new warm clothes, a smile appears on their face.
Speakers at the winter clothing distribution event said that street children are neglected in society. They have a hard time getting through the night. They stand around for a piece of warm cloth. If the rich people in the society had extended a helping hand to them, their hardships would have been alleviated. They lauded the great initiative of the enlightened Narsingdi dreamer Abdullah Al Mamun Russell.
Abdullah Al Mamun Russell, President of Alokit Narsingdi, said, “We are always working with disadvantaged children on behalf of our organization. We distribute new clothes for their Eid, winter clothes during winter. They spend the night in winter with great difficulty due to lack of winter clothes. We tried to give them warmth by giving them winter clothes. This continuity will continue every year.

Among others present on the occasion were Hannan Mia, Chairman, Kothabari Properties Limited, Russell Bin Hasnat, Director, Narsingdi Diabetics Association, Deen Islam, Businessman, Abdullah Al Mamun Russell, President, Alokit Narsingdi, Fahim Sadeq Sourav, Soumik Saha and others.
