So far, voters have been waiting in long lines to cast their ballots for the first time.

Even though it was 5 pm, a long line of more than 100 women voters could be seen at the New Bandar Government Primary School in Debiganj Municipality. Voters complain that EVMs are not working properly, those in charge of polling are not paying proper attention and are neglecting their work.

The same allegation was made by Parimal Dey, a 60-year-old man who came to cast his vote at the Residential Model School and College Center in Ward 7. He said, I have been standing in the hot sun since 2 pm. But the line is not moving. I heard that he is not taking ballot in the machine. We voted with enthusiasm. How logical it is to harass us.
Beast Nath Roy, presiding officer of the new Bandar Government Primary School Center, said some problems with the EVM had been rectified. No problem now. Attendance of 80 percent voters in this center. Which has not happened in almost 10 years. Due to this, the voting process is a bit slow.
